Positive affirmations are said to help reduce stress and improve self-esteem. 
 
Anyone can create a list of affirmations that is unique to them.  It is important that your affirmations reflect what you really want.  You can start by thinking of the things that you want to release, receive, accept, clear, claim, and integrate in your life.  Who do you wish to be?  Then write each statement as if claiming it for the present moment.
